Steve Trawford, manager of Piano Distributor's Store in Chesterfield, Missouri supports the MusicLink program by giving assistance in fund-raising events. Deborah Meier, Illinois MusicLink Coordinator, is shown presenting him with a MusicLink Business Partner plaque. The store's fund-raising events link the store with the MusicLink Foundation and Yamaha Corporation through Clavinova Festivals which have been held over the past several years. Steve has a strong personal relationship with area music teachers and offers outstanding customer service. We are thrilled to have him involved with many of the Illinois teachers. Not only has he provided a top of the line Clavinova to be used at our Festival but he also provided a Clavinova to teachers as a practice instrument for students prior to the Festival. The store also gives away a Yamaha digital piano to one lucky winner at each Clavinova Festival. Steve's involvement as a business partner motivates many piano students to have fun playing the piano.

April, 2017 - Legacy Partner Spotlight
Joanne and William Haroutounian have supported the MusicLink Foundation since its inception in 1992. Joanne serves as its founder and Executive Director and William is the organization’s Treasurer. Their ongoing efforts to link with teachers, businesses and donors help bring ongoing lessons, summer camp scholarships, instruments and music to our deserving MusicLink students. They have witnessed the success of the program, guided by excellent coordinators and teachers - to "create musicians, one student at a time."
