Vera Miller received the MusicLink Foundation Honorable Mention Award of $500 for achievement in MusicLink lessons with Rebecca Nelson of Cushing, MN. Vera has studied piano since she was 7 years old, attaining many awards through the Minnesota Music Teachers Association including the Challenge Award trophy recognizing 2500 points of participation in MMTA events. In addition to piano, Vera has studied violin, guitar and music theory. She has participated in recitals and competitions, orchestra, singing for nursing home residences and composing songs.
