1. I understand the instrument is being provided on loan by the MusicLink Foundation Instrument Request program.
2. I will use the instrument to study to the best of my ability so I may grow as a musician.
3. I will take good care of the instrument and am responsible for keeping it in good repair and in tune (pianos). If the instrument should be damaged, I understand that I am responsible for the repair of the instrument or, if it is damaged beyond repair, for reimbursement as determined by the foundation.
4. After four years of using the instrument and studying with a MusicLink teacher, I may assume ownership of the instrument.
5. If, prior to four years. I discontinue lessons in the MusicLink program, I will return the instrument to the MusicLink Foundation so that another student may have the opportunity to experience the joy of making music.
