If you're a parent or guardian and you wish to enroll your child as a MusicLink student, please complete the Parent/Student Registration Form and the Policy Form.
Music teachers who wish to volunteer
If you're a music teacher and you'd like to volunteer to teach a student who lives near you for free or for reduced fees, please complete the Teacher Volunteer Form.
Music teachers not yet registered as MusicLink teachers
If you're a music teacher, not yet registered as a MusicLink teacher, and you currently have students whom you teach for free or for reduced fees (50% or more), please complete the MusicLink Registration Form. OR (preferred method) have your parent complete the Parent/Student Form above and you complete the Teacher Volunteer Form above.
Nominate a student
If you're a classroom teacher or other community leader and wish to nominate a student who you believe deserves to participate in the MusicLink program, please complete the Nomination Form and Potential Talent Profile.
Become a Volunteer Coordinator, Ambassador, Apprentice
If you're a teacher or community leader and you would like to become a volunteer coordinator or assist a current coordinator, please read the coordinator job descriptions and complete the Coordinator Volunteer Form.
